Like most great ideas. DraftHire was born from solving a problem we saw happening across the recruiting industry. Sky high fees, mediocre results, and slow recruiting efforts. When a client asked us to fill 70+ positions for them, we knew we would need help. That was a tall order for a handful of recruiters in a small office. We threw out the rulebook and built a community of All Star recruiters all over the country. With their help, we were able to fill 60+ positions in a couple of months! Thus, DraftHire was born.

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. I am alone, and feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine.
Evan M. Wolfson

Evan M. Wolfson is a Scottsdale local who brings to the table his avid desire to help and inspire others. Having had several years of recruiting experience under his belt, Wolfson and his team are leading the successful launch of DraftHire. Wolfson is passionate about doing things differently, which is why DraftHire has thrown out the rulebook in hopes of changing the recruiting game forever. Wolfson is also spearheading the development of his Arizona-based organization, Collective Change, which offers an exciting new way to give back to the Arizona community for just $1/month. CJ Anderson is an ambitious business professional who embodies the entrepreneurial spirit that Arizona is known for. As the co-founder of Finding Pharma, Anderson led the successful launch of the Arizona-based placement agency, which offers a new take on recruiting. Finding Pharma connects the top 5 percent of candidates with the top 5 percent of employers in the pharmaceutical industry. It has been a labor of love for Anderson, who has always been passionate about helping others find fulfilling careers. As a college student, he often led workshops at homeless shelters to assist with resume creation and job search techniques.
In addition to helping others develop their careers, Anderson has a passion for creating products and services that improve sustainability and facilitate community involvement. Anderson was one of the founders of Black Marlin, which offered college campuses an option to provide filtered water while reducing the global footprint of plastic water bottles. He was involved in sourcing the technology and building relationships with campus leaders to bring this concept to fruition.
Anderson is also one of founders of Givve, a startup that set out to fundamentally change the way people donate to organizations that matter. Anderson and his co-founders built a business model around one core principle: giving back to the community.
Alex Knobbe is a co-founder of multiple companies and from Omaha, Nebraska. He couldn’t get the GM job for the Phoenix Suns so he decided that being a GM for DraftHire is the next best thing. He can read a resume and a balance sheet. He’s one part executive and one part entrepreneur. After helping to successfully grow Finding Pharma, he dedicated countless hours towards the vision for what one day became DraftHire. His love for sports helped create the symmetry between players (the candidates), agents (the recruiters), and GM’s (the owners). He hopes you have fun with this company because he definitely will.
Right out of college Nick Bruggeman took a position in the pharmaceutical industry. He sold sleep studies and durable medical equipment to doctors’ offices and hospitals. He used the degree he received from Arizona State University to leverage himself above his competitors. The communication skills and relationship building Nick possessed helped him grow the southeast territory by over 50% year over year for 3 years. He developed relationships in the healthcare industry and showed excellent customer service to maintain the region he was given. Nick was offered a position to help start a healthcare recruiting company in Tempe called Finding Pharma. Nick has the entrepreneurial mindset and vision that helped Finding Pharma grow to the next level and really help change the recruiting industry. With help from the team Nick grew relationships in the healthcare industry and helped oversee large accounts. Nick used sales tactics to recruit the top 5% of candidates in the industry and was able to partner with the highest executives in the healthcare field. With hard work comes success and Nick was proud to have grown a successful recruiting company.
